Ordering your own bloodwork in Canada

Dan Wich looking disgusted at a urine test

By: Dan Wich

So far the only "normal" blood test provider I've found with direct-to-consumer ordering is True Health Labs, and I think they may all be mail-in kits.

There's also ZRT Laboratory's mail-in saliva, urine, and fingerprick blood spot tests available to order on places like Amazon.

I'm sure there's other sources that I can't find because I don't know the Canadian secret handshake. Please leave a comment if you have more information on sources or laws preventing self-ordered tests.

If you're interested in self-testing as I am, check out my Facebook or Twitter account where I post interesting self-testing news and get a little too excited about blood test sales.
